Q. Do you offer a "money-back" guarantee ?
A. Yes. If for any reason you do not consider the guitar to be satisfactory, it can be returned. Just courier the instrument back to me, in its original case and exterior packaging, no later than 3 days after you receive the guitar. A refund of the purchase price (less any applicable costs incurred in renovating the instrument back to its original condition) will be made directly to you as soon as the instrument has been returned.
Q. Do you provide a warranty with your instruments ?
A. Every guitar is covered by a limited warranty regarding materials and workmanship. The warranty is given to the original owner of the guitar and is valid throughout my working life as a guitarmaker. It does not cover damage incurred by misuse, accidents, normal wear or natural cracking of wood or finishes due to changes in temperature or humidity.
